DEVOLOPMENT ENTRY
THE
SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM 25MTS OF FRONT CRAWL AND 25 MTS OF
BREASTSTROKE. THEY SHOULD ATTEND AT LEAST TWICE EACH WEEK.
MICRO
THE
SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO REPEAT 8 X 50 MTS FRONT CRAWL ON ONE AND
A HALF MINUTES.
THE
SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM A RACING DIVE AND MAKE THE FREESTYLE
AND BACKSTROKE TURNS.
THE
SWIMMER MUST BE PREPARED TO ATTEND AT LEAST THREE SESSIONS PER WEEK.
JUNIOR
THE
SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO REPEAT 10 X 50 MTS FRONT CRAWL ON ONE AND
A QUARTER MINUTES.
THE
SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM A 20 MINUTE TIME TRIAL AND SWIM AT
LEAST 800 MTS IN THE SWIM;
THE
SWIMMER SHOULD BE PREARED TO ATTEND 4 SESSIONS EACH WEEK AT LEAST
AND IF REQUIRED TO SWIM FOR THE TEAM MAKE THEMSELVES AVAIALABLE
FOR INDIVDUAL EVENTS THE SWMMER MAY COMPETE AS HE WISHES.
LOWER
SENIOR
THE SWIMMER MUST BE ABLE TO REPEAT 12 X 50 MTS FRONT CRAWL ON ONE
MINUTE AND BE ABLE TO DO IN A 20 MINUTES TIME SWIM NOT LESS THAN
1150 MTS. AND MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 4 SESSIONS EACH WEEK
HIGHER
SENIOR
MUST ATTEND BETWEEN 5 AND 9 SESSIONS PER WEEK AND BE CLOSE TO THE
WESTERN COUNTIES OR ABOVE STANDARD
